Yoga in Your Workplace

 

In today’s busy world, where working professionals and the organizations they represent are constantly driven to increase productivity, yoga has been thrust into the forefront of the corporate wellness movement.  Whether a full 60-minute class or a 30 minute session, you and your team will reap the benefits of time spent recognizing and releasing unhealthy and counterproductive mental and physical stress.

Typical corporate yoga packages are detailed below; however, all details of each class can be individualized to support the unique resources, demands and goals of individual organizations.  Rates provided are for an unlimited number of students, restricted only by the available physical space*

Corporate Yoga Packages

Functional Yoga (20 minutes) – A time-efficient course performed at your own desk, allowing you to incorporate simple but effective seated postures into your everyday routine.  Requires minimal space and can be conducted in professional attire.   

Midday Reset (30 minutes) – A balanced class designed to provide the full benefits of yoga to individuals and groups with demanding schedules.  30 optimized minutes of breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation will have you and your team refreshed and ready to tackle the second half of your day while avoiding a post-lunch crash.  

Move and Flow (45 minutes) – For those seeking to incorporate a full workout into their day or to bring variety into an established fitness routine.  With a slightly longer segment of standing postures, Move and Flow is similar to the Midday Reset while providing additional time for those seeking to push further and maximize the benefit to mind and body. 

Power Hour (60 minutes) – A full-spectrum 60 minute class.  The complete yoga experience in your workplace, modified to complement your long-term health and wellness goals.   In this one-hour course, students will explore pose variations, deepen understanding of postures and movements and steadily expand their capabilities before leaving the class calm, rejuvenated and reenergized. 

MEDITATION - Meditation is an integral part of practicing yoga. Meditation and breathwork can be incorporated into any session regardless of time increment, or can be its own stand-alone class.
