Private one-on-one
Whether you're a beginner interested in exploring your practice before venturing into a group setting, a busy professional looking for an effective program tailored to your schedule or an experienced yogi seeking out some intensive hands-on training, private lessons are for you. A one-on-one lesson is a valuable opportunity for practitioners of any level to deepen understanding of breathing, posture and mechanics in a comfortable and private setting. Standard lessons are 60 minutes but can easily be adjusted to suit your needs. Lessons can be virtual or in-person if local.
Private group
Whether it's part of a get-together with friends or for an organization, a chance for partners to try something new or an opportunity for your family to maintain your health and fitness together, a private group lesson is a great way to practice yoga at the time, in the setting and at the level that creates the most valuable experience for your entire group. Hannah offers private lessons that cater to as few as two people and can discuss discounted rates for larger groups (typically 10 or more people).
