Hannah has been practicing various styles of yoga since 2003.  Starting from self-study, her curiosity quickly grew to exploring the various yoga studios in her hometown of Hamilton, New Zealand.  As her first solid stepping stone into the world of yoga, Hannah devoted several years to Iyengar yoga practice.  Over the last decade, Hannah has evolved her own unique style featuring a blend of fluid movements that emphasize healthy alignment and encourage nourishment of the inner spirit.  

Hannah teaches in both English and Japanese and, when not engaged with students, you're likely to find her sipping coffee at her favorite cafes in New Haven or chasing after her toddler.
